If you enjoy bubble tea, you should try brewing your version at home. This is much less expensive, and you may customise the ingredients according to your may customise.

There are several healthy bubble tea recipes that you may try if you want to keep healthy but don’t want to miss out on the bubble tea water trend. This will ensure that you do not consume calorie-dense beverages such as store-bought bubble tea.

1. Matcha flavoured bubble tea

This recipe has only 150 calories and is inexpensive to prepare. It is also beneficial since matcha is a substance that can help people lose weigh by fighting cancer cells, preventing heart disease heart disease and diabetes and help those who want to lose weight. The ingredients for making  Matcha bubble tea  are listed below.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon matcha powder (green tea)

1 cup almond milk

½ cup ice cubes

10 drops of stevia liquid for sweetness

¼ cup ‘pearl’ balls

 How to prepare

·         In a blender, puree the first four ingredients until smooth. Boil it for 3 minutes to create the right ‘pearl’ ball texture. If you don’t want to prepare it first, you can buy it at the supermarket.

·         Make sure ½ cup of water is stirred with 10 drops of stevia liquid.

·         Strain the ‘pearl’ balls and place them in a cup and pour the mixture that has been ground once.

2. Classic bubble tea

When compared to the traditional bubble tea drink recipe, this one isn’t as sweet. Fruit juices and black tea are frequently used, which are both nutritious and low in calories. Fruit juice is supposed to boost our immune system, while black tea is an antioxidant that protects our DNA from damage. Let’s look at the ingredients you’ll need to make this recipe.

 Ingredients

2 black tea bags

1 cup hot water

2 tablespoons sweetener of choice

Ice cubes

¼ cup cream, coconut milk or milk of choice

¼ cup fruit juice of choice (mango, apricot, raspberry or any that has a strong flavour)

3 -4 pearl spoons of pearl

 How to prepare

·         Boil tea bags in hot water. Squeeze the pouch and remove it from the cup you are using. Then, stir together 2 tablespoons of your favourite sweetener.

·         Fill the glass with ice and pour the hot mixture just now.

·         Mix with juice if you like.

·         Add 3-4 tablespoons of ‘pearl’ balls.

3. Brown Sugar Bubble Tea

Brown sugar is used instead of ordinary sugar in this recipe. The ingredients are also similar to those used in other bubble tea drink recipes. Brown sugar is known to have relatively high calories, so make sure you cook it until it turns into the caramel to reduce the calories.

 Ingredients

½ cup brown sugar

1-2 cups water

¼ cup ‘pearl’ balls

Fresh milk

1 tea bag optional

How to prepare

·         Boil the ‘pearl’ for 10 minutes and let it cool.

·         Heat ½ a cup of water to a boil, turn off the heat and add brown sugar and stir until sticky.

·         Soak 1 teaspoon of your choice and let it warm for about 15 minutes.

·         Strain the ‘pearl’ and place it in a cup.

·         Pour a few tablespoons of brown sugar so that it is not too sweet and mix them.

4. Strawberry Mango Bubble tea

Fruits are a healthier alternative to sweets like sugar or honey. Other sweeteners are not required because the strawberries and mangoes combined are already sweet. Other fruits can be substituted for strawberries and mangoes, however, the quantity should not be excessive.

Ingredients

2 cups milk

1 cup strawberries

1 cup chopped mangoes

½ cup pearl balls

 How to prepare

·         Grind milk, strawberries and mango together.

·         If you use fresh fruit, add ice cubes if you like.

·         Boil the ‘pearl’ for 5 minutes and let it cool.

·         Put the ‘pearl’ into the cup containing the mixture of fruit and milk.

·         Stir well and your dish is ready.
