I didn’t realize how easy it was to experience changes in my health. Just by adding probiotics, my health got better. This shows how important probiotics are for better personal well-being. Well, I’ve been reading about the benefits of probiotics for overall body health for a long time, but when I tried it, I was convinced by everything I read.
It all starts with digestion
I truly love eating snacks and often fill my pantry with these crispies! But it’s going to take a toll on my health. From eating all these unhealthy chips, I felt like I needed to balance it back with probiotics. Otherwise, I might have indigestion problems or irritable bowel syndrome.
So I started taking more probiotics in my diet. Within a few weeks, my stomach and gut felt much healthier and now I feel very comfortable all day.
It is very effective for constipation as well as gastric problems, so I recommend everyone to try it for all types of digestive problems. Probiotics is very effective in hindering almost all digestion issues.
Prevent bad breath problems
During the Ramadan fast, when I’m not getting enough to drink, it is very unpleasant especially in the evening, when the mouth starts to smell.
These probiotics can help reduce this problem. When I added probiotics to my diet at dawn, my breath is still normal until late evening.
Stop various types of inflammation
I also believe that inflammation will decrease when we take probiotics. My friend is very fond of eating raya biscuits and receiving them from relatives every time raya comes. Unfortunately, due to eating all those delicious handmade biscuits, it resulted in her having mouth ulcers.
So I just suggested that she add probiotics in his diet. Although hesitant at first, she kept trying, and after a week, I received good news. My friend can now feast on her favorite raya biscuits without hesitation. I am so happy that the results of my sharing about probiotics have cured her mouth ulcer problem.
My nephew often had colds and coughs, and now both are decreasing. His mother took the initiative by incorporating more probiotics into his diet, making his immune system stronger. Now, my nephew rarely gets sick.
Some probiotics have been shown to promote the production of natural antibodies in the body. They can also boost immune cells and make us more protected from health issues.
These benefits are especially important at this time, when our immune system faces a constant threat to fight the coronavirus.
Improves my mood
I don’t have any experience related to mental illness, but I’ve come across a lot of reading material about the connection between the brain and gut.
What’s more interesting, I found myself feeling more positive and calmer in general after taking more probiotics in my diet.
Whenever there is a problem, I don’t feel as stressed than before. Changes after consuming probiotics are certainly related to a reduction in stress and anxiety.
That’s because the good bacteria in our stomach helps encourage the production of serotonin and makes a person feel calmer and happier.
